Welcome to Emlyn, Boxhill

Alongside my young and enthusiastic team, we are striving to produce some great dishes, working closely with seasonal offerings and local suppliers. One year in to our return to the hotel, we are really driving the restaurant forward, we have had time to build some fantastic relationships with some of Surrey's best suppliers and really found some true gems within the local area. We are now working very closely with Simon Taylor at Surrey Hills butchers in Oxshott, who was awarded The Surrey Life's Butcher of the year award 2015. The standard of his produce is unrivalled in the area. Our local cheese makers, Norbury Blue, are a firm staple on our menus and we are constantly being approached by more and more artisan producers that want to be a part of our business. With summer upon us, Britain has an abundance of amazing produce to offer from English asparagus, sweet strawberries and new season lamb to some amazing Native South Coast Fish.

By changing our menu regularly, we are able to capture produce at its natural best.

Working with a blend of classic flavours and modern cooking techniques we hope to deliver an experience that is both memorable and inspiring.

We are also very proud to announce that we are finalists for the Surrey Life Food and Drink Awards 2016 and have also been re awarded 2 AA Rosettes for 2016/2017.
