Emlyn Cuisine

British cuisine has undergone something of a renaissance in recent years; it's no longer the boring, brown and one-dimensional fare many people assume it to be. In fact, Britain boasts some of the best locally and regionally sourced produce available anywhere in the world; a result of its diverse landscapes and climates. Well-known local chef, Nick Sinclair, has returned to the area, bringing with him a fresh perspective on British classics, offering contemporary dishes, pared down and beautifully presented.

Location, Location, Location
